MiSUMi ulgurji gaz prujinasini ko'tarish

Qisqacha tavsif:

Gaz prujinalari - bu siqilgan gazning reaksiya kuchidan foydalanadigan prujinalar. Silindrga to'ldirilgan yonmaydigan azot gazi piston tomonidan siqilganda ortib boradigan reaksiya kuchidan foydalanadi. Ikkala uchida ham o'rnatish qismlari mavjud va silindrga pistonli tayoqcha o'rnatilgan. Og'ir qopqoqlarni ko'tarishda va derazalarning to'satdan tushishining oldini olishda yordam beradi. Afzalligi shundaki, u quvvat manbaini talab qilmaydi va ixcham o'lchamga ega. Har bir mahsulot uchun harakat va reaksiya kuchini sozlash diapazoni har bir mahsulot uchun farq qiladi va qo'llanilishiga qarab tanlanadi. • Yuqori bosimli gaz (azot gazi: yonmaydi) silindrda muhrlangan,va gaz reaksiya kuchi sifatida ishlatiladiprujina. Chunki bu kichik gaz prujinasikatta prujinadan kichik prujina doimiysini qabul qilingboshlang'ich yuk, hajmiga qaramay, bo'lishi mumkin

Dastlabki tanlov haqida

1. Quyidagi formula bo'yicha zarur reaksiya kuchini (F) hisoblang, so'ngra mumkin bo'lgan model turlarini toping.

2. Gaz prujinasining reaksiya kuchi uchun Fx1.1 yoki undan ko'pini tanlang.
Gaz reaksiya kuchlari taxminan 10% ichida o'zgarishi mumkin.
3. Agar zarur bo'lgan reaksiya kuchi (Fx1.1) reaksiyadan kattaroq bo'lsa
gaz prujinasining maksimal uzunligidagi kuch -( ) mm, 2 yoki undan foydalaning
ko'proq buloqlar.
4. Reaksiya kuchlari 20°C da mo'ljallangan. Reaksiya kuchlari
harorat o'zgarishi bilan ortadi yoki kamayadi.

Foydalanish bo'yicha ehtiyot choralari (FGS, GSS, FGSS, HFGSS va FRGSS uchun)
• Foydalanish paytida gaz prujinalarining haroratiga e'tibor bering. Uzoq vaqt saqlamang. Bu muhrning muddatidan oldin yomonlashishiga va reaksiya kuchining pasayishiga olib keladi.
(Mahsulot harorat oralig'i: GSS, FGSS: -20°C ~ 60°C / HFGSS: -20°C ~ 80°C / FRGSS: -30°C ~ 80°C. Ba'zi mahsulotlar har xil harorat oralig'iga ega. Har bir mahsulot sahifasida tasdiqlang.)
• Gaz reaksiya kuchlari alohida mahsulotlar orasida biroz farq qiladi va haroratga qarab o'zgarishi mumkin.
• Reaksiya kuchi ish sharoitiga va foydalanish vaqtiga qarab kamayishi mumkin. Kerakli reaksiya kuchiga erisha olmasa, uni almashtiring.
• Tarmoq zanglashi mumkin bo'lgan muhitda yoki kimyoviy atmosferada saqlamang yoki ishlatmang. Bundan tashqari, gaz prujinasini bo'yamang.
• Silindrlar va sterjenlarga zarar yetkazmang. Agar sterjenlar lenta yoki plastik iplar bilan o'ralgan bo'lsa, sirtda qolgan yopishtiruvchi moddalar yoki tolalar ichkariga kirib, natijadagaz/moy oqishi. Ishlatishdan oldin sterjenda zang, tirnalishlar, yopishtiruvchi moddalar va begona jismlar yo'qligiga ishonch hosil qiling.
• Bükme yuki va burish kabi kuchlarni qo'llamang. Yukni faqat gaz prujinalari bilan qabul qilish muvozanatsiz yukga olib keladi, bu esa erta yomonlashishiga va gaz/moyga olib keladioqish. 1. Azot gazi (yonmaydigan) C gaz kamerasida erkin harakatlanuvchi piston bilan muhrlanadi va gaz reaksiya kuchi prujina sifatida ishlatiladi.
2. Gaz kamerasi C moy kamerasi AB ga bosim o'tkazgani uchun cho'zilish yo'nalishi bo'yicha doimiy reaksiya kuchiga ega. Shuning uchun reaksiya kuchining kattaligi gaz kamerasi C ning ichki bosimiga bog'liq.
3. Sterjen belgilangan holatdan harakatlanganda, AB kamerasidagi moy pistonning teshigidan o'tadi.
4. Silindrdagi sterjen hajmining o'zgarishi gaz kamerasi C ning o'zgarishi bilan sozlanadi.

Ushbu katalogda maksimal uzunlikdagi -10 (5) mm va maksimal uzunlikdagi -(lar) mm gaz reaksiya kuchi keltirilgan. Gaz reaksiya kuchi odatda mutanosib ravishda o'zgaradi. Agar ma'lum bir zarbadagi gaz reaksiya kuchi talab qilinsa, 3-rasmda ko'rsatilgandek, 2 nuqtani to'g'ri chiziq bilan ulang va taxmin qilish uchun zarbadagi qiymatni o'qing.
